When it comes to the New York Yankees, you can't just stop at regular season all-time statistic leaders.  They have such a long, fabled post-season history that they can actually fill a fairly impressive list of all-time post-season statistical leaders.  Unfortunately, these stats aren't broken down by ALDS, ALCS and World Series...they're just thrown into one pile.  But, then again, so does Major League baseball.
