Eric R. from Bentonville wrote: I was born in New York and only rooted for the Yankees. I consumed all the stats of the players and found myself rooting for my favorite player Thurman Munson. I was on vacation in Puerto Rico when he died in the plane crash. I can remember that day very vividly. I was totally devastated to have lost my favorite player. I told myself that I would never forget him and that someday I would wear his jersey. Well at the ripe age of 52 I have finally purchased his #15 jersey and will proudly wear it to games supporting the greatest franchise in all of sports - The New York Yankees.
